All content, original media, strategies, and materials produced by Antares Media INC remain the intellectual property of the Company until explicitly transferred in writing upon full payment of services rendered. Clients receive a license to use the final delivered products as agreed upon in the individual project contract.
Services are provided as described in individual project proposals or scopes of work. Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, will be established prior to the commencement of work. Failure to provide timely payment may result in project suspension, termination, or delay in delivery.
Antares Media INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
